The story of Beren and Lúthien is told almost exclusively from the "white side" perspective. To even things at least a little I have written this song from the perspective of the biggest and most terrifying wolf of all ages, Carcharoth. And to make the song sound really "evil", I made it a punk-rock song. Well, punk-rock parody, to be honest :-)
The song overlaps with other songs in the performance. And "Morgoth's Lullaby" is even completely "within" the time frame of "Carcharoth". During the performance we put a few measures of "Lullaby" melody inside "Carcharoth" where it happens, but on CD there is just a stop, since "Lullaby" is not recorded yet.
Lemming
Hungry, hungry,
Carcharoth hungers still!
Growl, scratch, bite, throttle,
Carcharoth is hungry!
